Verdict

BoB Eterna is good premium credit card. Accelerated rewards gives you ~3.75% , but base reward value is poor @ 0.75%. BoB gives Domestic Lounge Access. BoB Eterna would have been lot better if the base rewards could be improved a bit & International Lounge Access is also offered which available in most other similar cards like SBI Prime, HDFC Regalia.
