One card will be charging 1% transaction fee for rent payment/wallet load on third party apps. Plus you have to pay convenience fee charged by the app. Effectively you will have to shell 2-4% on Rent payment.
Alternatively you pay Rent through One card app, for which only convenience fee of 1.5% is applicable . No transaction charges.
