How to redeem points from One Card ?

 One can redeem the points from one card app itself . Remember reward points have no expiry. 1 RP is worth 10Paise. For Top 2 category you can earn 5x ie Rs1/100 spend. There are 2 options. And there is no redemption fee either unlike most credit cards.

1.  You can simply swipe to right on transaction page to redeem the points. (Need to have enough points to convert the full amount).


2.  One Rewards Section

  • Go to One Reward section in the app Click on Use Points
  • Swipe from right to left to choose from a transaction/ cash credit that you want to use your points for
  • Long press on the desired transaction/ cash credit bubble
  • Pull down the selected transaction/ cash credit bubble to use your reward points.
