Welcome Benefit

  • 1000 Cash Points  (applicable only on payment of membership fee) 

 Reward Points

  • 5% Cashback on Amazon, BookMyShow, Cult.fit, Flipkart, Myntra, Sony LIV, Swiggy, Tata CLiQ, Uber and Zomato (Max:1000/Cycle)
  • 1% cashback on all other spends (except Fuel) including EMI & Wallet transactions (Max:1000/Cycle)
  • Rewards are credited as Cash points. 1 Cashpoint is Rs.1 which can be redeemed against statement orredeem from smart buy portal for 50% order value for travel ,hotel bookings(1Cashpoint = 30paise) & 70% of order value for rewards catalogue .Balance amount has to be purchased with credit card.  Maximum of 50000 RP can be utilized per month.  
  • Upto 20% discount on partner restaurants via Dineout

  • For Mastercard Cards, Rs.25 will be charged and immediately made void at the terminal for verification.
  • For Visa/Diners Cards, Rs.2 will be charged to the card account as a transaction for verification

Fuel Surcharge Waiver

  • 1% fuel surcharge waiver at all fuel stations across India (on minimum transaction of ₹400 & maximum transaction of ₹5,000. Maximum waiver of ₹250 per statement cycle)

Fees

  • Joining Fee : 1000+ GST
  • Renewal Fee : Spend ₹1 lakh or more in the preceding 12 months and get renewal membership fee waived off for next year.

 What doesn't Work

  • The cashback offers limited to set of online merchants . Cap of 1000/cycle is restrictive.  
  • Joining/ renewal fee is high , though can be easily avoided by spending 1Lakh annually. 
  • Too many terms and condition for redemption. 
  • HDFC charges 99+ GST for redemption. 

Verdict

Millennia is good cashback card for those spend mostly on partner brands. New kid in the block SBI Cashback Card is winner in the online cashback segment with 5% from any online merchant with generous cap of 10,000/month.
